We’re dedicated to ensuring we follow the rules and guidelines in everything we do, from communications to customers to reporting on our performance to the Regulator. All while ensuring that we are abiding by conditions within our licences that enable us to operate.
Communication is a big part of our role within the bright team and we help to inform all departments. As well as this we work closely with the Regulatory Authorities, building relationships to ensure we keep a two-way communication and keep up to date with changes. All in all, we’re a social bunch and here to help and guide.
