A bit about us.....
Compliance is key, that’s our motto! Working within a heavily regulated industry means it’s our job to understand the dos and don'ts for bright. We’re dedicated to ensuring we follow the rules and guidelines in everything we do, from communications to customers to reporting on our performance to the Regulator. All while ensuring that we are abiding by conditions within our licences that enable us to operate.
Communication is a big part of our role within the bright team and we help to inform all departments. As well as this we work closely with the Regulatory Authorities, building relationships to ensure we keep a two-way communication and keep up to date with changes. All in all, we’re a social bunch and here to help and guide.
A bright career in Regulatory Affairs
It’s super fun! Regulatory Affairs gets a good overview of the whole business. We’re in a good position to learn about all aspects of the business to enable us to identify and investigate issues and provide recommendations for improvements.
Problem-solving and reporting are essential, so we’re always looking to develop our skills and enhance our knowledge where we can. Personal and professional progression is encouraged for everyone within the team, so there’s always an opportunity to grow and develop.
