What skills do I need?
Below is a range of skills we might look for in a candidate, depending on the role of course 😊.

- Ability to deliver technical advice and instructions to customers joining our service
- Previous experience with CRM systems and updates
- Previous experience of giving general assistance and information including billing queries, service usage, new account set up and assistance to support vulnerable customers
- Previous experience using multi-platform communication system, telephone, web-chat & email combined preferred
- Previous experience and knowledge of GDPR, following regulation and compliance guidelines
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a customer service environment
- Previous experience working within the energy industry is beneficial but not essential!
